Welcome to Twinz Creative! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations when you engage with us, use our website, or hire us for creative services. By working with us or browsing our site, you agree to these Terms.
Twinz Creative is a branding and digital marketing agency based in Auckland - New Zealand. We provide creative services including brand identity design, graphic Design and social media strategy for businesses.
All services are tailored to each client and defined in a signed project agreement. No two projects are the same, that’s the beauty of custom creative work! We’ll outline deliverables, timelines, and terms specific to your project before we begin.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin your project, due upon signing the project agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery of final files.
Final approved files (e.g., editable design files included in your package) will be delivered at the end of your project.
Please note that any additional requests for these files after delivery will incur a small administrative fee.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or other approved methods outlined in your invoice. Payment terms are typically 5 days business days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Work will not be scheduled, started, or delivered until payments are received as per these terms.
Each project includes a set number of revisions, outlined in your proposal. Revisions are defined as adjustments to existing work, not entirely new concepts.
Requests beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges. Any changes to the original brief should be communicated early to avoid delays or misalignment.
To keep the project flowing, we ask that you:
Delays in feedback or asset delivery may impact the project timeline.
We do our best to stick to project timelines, but they rely on mutual communication. If the client delays feedback or asset delivery, the timeline may shift.
We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication.
All final, approved deliverables are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
Twinz Creative retains the rights to:
Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
If the client cancels:
If we (Twinz Creative) cancel for any reason, we’ll notify you in writing and refund any unused portion of your deposit.
We provide creative and strategic services to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, followers, or engagement).
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our work.
We collect limited personal data (name, email) through contact forms in line with our Privacy Policy. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and, if you opt in, send you occasional branding, marketing, or creative tips via email.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
